After the first citrus blast, this product blooms into a complex blend of flavors with subtle hints of garlic, pepper and oregano. While fabulous on a salad, it also pairs well when marinating poultry, salmon, white fish (flounder, sole and cod) and flank steak. Add capers and you have a Picatta Sauce.
